Shipping policy

Shipping Policy //  All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Responsibility // System One is responsible for all purchased products to be shipped in a responsible and timely manner. System One is not responsible for any lost packages or mail items damaged in transit to you. If you experience with one of these situations, please shoot us an email, leave a ticket in the support section, or DM us on Instagram and we will help to make the situation right.

Shipping Times // Shipping times will vary depending on your location of purchase. These items are shipped from our gallery located in New Jersey. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and fulfillment, and an additional 5-8 days for items shipping within the United States. For overseas orders, please allow 7-14 days for your item to be delivered. System One is not responsible for any postal delays that are out of our control.
